Being that a lot of our friends are due in September and October, I’ve been thinking about how I will be in those last few weeks. I’m praying that this little one will make his debut closer to 38 weeks than 40 weeks. So, that might save us from those last weeks of hugeness–he could easily be late, though.
At our appointment this week, dr. told us that he is measuring big, showing my due date to be more like November 13th than the 20th. But, he also said that it is normal to be within 2 weeks off, give or take. So he won’t be changing by due date. At our last ultrasound, baby boy’s head was the only measurement that was big–just fabulous.
Weight gain: 13lbs
Baby’s size: Weighing about 1 and 3/4 pounds and is about 14 inches long–WOW.
Changes: He is moving around my entire belly and we have felt him have the hiccups twice now.
Maternity clothes: A mix–been loving my yoga pants.
Food cravings: Sweets, chocolate, and carbs.
Food aversions: Anything that doesn’t include carbs.:)
Best moment this week: Feeling him have the hiccups was pretty cute. Also finally got some video of him moving around in my belly.
Worst moment this week: My ribs are starting to hurt, mainly on the right side. My doctor said this was because of my uterus moving up and it’s common.
Missing anything: Sleeping through the night without peeing 5 times.
Looking forward to: Getting closer to November and closer to snuggling our baby boy!
And Travis had to share his Maternity picture this week.
Thanks for following and thank you to everyone who has given their advice for what is a necessity and what isn’t for this little guy:)!
